Results are not guaranteed. What any law firm achieved in the past does not predict how another case will turn out.

The Records

The inspection records on this site are the federal government's CMS Care Compare files, updated monthly and shown just as CMS publishes them. A citation records what the inspectors found on the day they visited, and the home may have fixed it since then. Every page identifies the CMS file behind it.
